Mucous Membrane was a punk band that was formed by Gary Lester and John Constantine in 1977. They were quite a minor punk band, and are now mostly forgotten. The only thing of interest to journalists and documentary makers now was their rumoured connection to the occult.
They only ever made one music video; it was made for their song "Venus of the Hardsell"[1]
