Doctor Destiny is a supervillain who was locked in Arkham Asylum. He at one time possessed the Dreamstone, but the immense power made him go crazy. Doctor Destiny crushed the Dreamstone (in hopes of destroying Dream with it, but this did not happen) and Dream returned him to Arkham Asylum.
